Lotus Care 360 is designed to operate on a subscription-based recurring revenue model, with an annual membership fee of ₹3,000 plus applicable taxes. This model ensures predictable
cash flow and long-term customer engagement. In addition to membership subscriptions, the platform will generate additional revenue through value-added advisory services and partnerships with service providers across healthcare, financial services, and consumer
sectors.
The company already has an established client base of over 1,800 individual clients and more than 160 corporate relationships, built over 14 years of experience in financial and advisory services. This existing network provides a strong foundation for customer acquisition and rapid market penetration during the initial phase of the project.
The project will initially focus on Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, leveraging the promoter’s existing relationships, local market knowledge, and agent network to accelerate growth. The sales strategy will include direct customer engagement, corporate partnerships, and a network of independent advisors to expand the reach of the membership program.
